11 Miles for Sunday

21 days until State #29 so today's Sunday am run, I went for 11 miles instead of my normal 10. Blue skies for miles and sunny. I had to take advantage of this while I could. The weather was just right. Who says you can't have a fall morning on July 30th?  While I was runningI saw three peoplerunning. Then it hit me, fall running season. Lots of races in October,  November that people will be getting for , so folks will be out on theirtraining runs.

This morning my 11 mile time was very good and my pace was faster than usual. 9:19 pace instead of 9:30. Blueskies keep me going.
