Last 10k Humpday in July

am run feels like a fall am run. Has the weather changed for good? Is the summer weather over?  Is global warming kicking in?  All I know is I put on my long sleeve running shirt and capri running pants. With the weather I've noticed a lot more runners out this morning. Mostly women. This is the second day of running that I was able to "tag" some for am run. I pushed myself again to try to catch up to some of these fast folks. :)

That aside, it was a very quiet and peaceful am. I'm going to enjoy this time before the school buses start coming down the streets and everyone who is on vacation will be back.
