Last 10k am Humpday February Run

I made sure to get up early to get my 10k in. Actually I woke up and said to myself " It's 10k am humpday bitchy". LOL. Then I checked the weather and 40 degrees...score. I am still baffled that people think climate change is not real.

I was up and out by 5:30am. I was completely ready to go. As I'm feeling my stride while running, I noticed everyone else wasrunning. I saw two rats running around some garbage and a squirrel running on top of a phone wire above my head.

This time for am run I was successful in mapping out 10k to a T. Normally I might have to make an extra loop or run in an unplanned area because I clearly can't count correctly.

This time it was spot on! The down side to this run was that it was still somewhat dark out. Opportunities to get a picture in good light was slim. I still have to run home and get ready for work. So I can't just linger.
