am Presidential Run

LOL, not running for office yet. But I did run 5 miles for Monday's am run. Since today is President's day, I thought I would run around the harborway by the JFK library and museum. In Massachusetts there are 4 president's that came from this state: John Adams and John Quincy Adams, John Kennedy, and George Bush. Just an FYI

After I left, I ran along Castle Island and Carson Beach. The weather was in the mid 40s and I felt good running. My pace was in the 8:50 range. People with dogs walking, running, were out and about. This am run was very busy and beautiful with the water views of the city.

I could have kept running because the conditions were so right this morning.
