Monday Beach Ball

Monday's am run was a 1.70 mile quickie. My body and legs are telling me that I need to rest. I wanted to test out my new running shoes. Actually I want to try to break them in before #28. My new brooks running shoe felt great.  I can always tell when I've reached the over 300 miles on my shoes. I can feel it in my knees and legs. This new pair is a half a size bigger. From a 9 to 9 and 1/2, more room in the toe and the cushin felt better.

Yay for Monday.
