Soul Cycle

I know this is not running per say, but cycling is a great way to work on my core, thighs and overall running performance.

My girl N and I love to go to Soul Cycle. It's our once a month, every other month pleasure. At $30 per class, we can't afford a daily crack habit of soul cycle.

Every time we go, its like going to church and the club. Today, this man Dillon was amazing. He had the club tunes kicking, the energy just right, and the vibe was amazing. He made a sista girl sweat like no other.  This was the perfect kick in the ass to get ready for #25.

N and I agreed he was one of the best instructors we've had thus far. Soul Cycle just opened a new location in the Seaport district. 

Hopefully I can get more of my BGR sista's involvedand diversity up the mixture. 2nd day of April and we're doing it.
