First Snow of the Month

It wasn't freezing cold and windy. There was a fresh soft snow for am Saturday run. This was perfect. The other day( Friday) it was 5 degrees out. My rule- No running when its negative numbers or single digits.  Snow and 20 somethings degrees = yes!

It was me and the salt and snow plows on the road. I think the men driving those trucks might have been annoyed with me because I was in their way.

One salt truck driver was on the sidewalk. I happen to be running behind him. He stops, gets out of his truck and just looks at me. Didn't say anything. I wasn't sure if I should say anything. So I just started to run on the grass. Then he got back in his truck. WTF?

I thought running on the mainstreets would be good, apparently not. So I ran off the main street and into the sidestreets of the housing communities. That was peaceful and the views were so much better
