First Snow a.m. run
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
Snow has fallen. Thankfully it’s a light dustin on the ground. It’s 27 degrees out but it isn’t freezing cold. Gloves are needed without a doubt for this run. This morning I slept in until 6a.m. before I got myself out of the house to run. This morning felt like a run/walk kind of morning. I wanted to take it easy and have a nice transition from running 7 miles yesterday with my pelvic floor.
When I reached Mary O’ Mallery park in Chelsea the sun was slowly starting to come up. No need for a headlight this morning. Since there was such a light dustin, I felt good running on top of the light snow. I ran for a bit and walked for a bit. I think I ran more than 1.50 miles. My Map my run app felt pausing and unpausing on me. I didn’t have the time or energy to keep messing with it.
I only saw a couple of people out walking their dogs. I ran a loop around the park. Otherwise it was quiet until I saw my stalkers flying in for a landing on the water. It’s like the came out of nowhere. When they showed upped, you could hear them.
It was a good brisk 2 miles for Thursday
