First Sunday of Advent, Last Sunday Run of November

How did this happen? Last Sunday of the month and the count down to the end of the year. Ugh and Eek! Visiting with friends for dinner, talking and drinking and drinking on Saturday didn't help my cause to get up and run.  But I did. I abandon the idea of a long run today and went for a 5k on Deer Island.

Around 6:30am the sun is coming up. To see the sun raising up from the water is always inspirational and beautiful.  Everyday is going to be a new day, a new journey, a new situation, and new strength that will be needed to make through day to day
