COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
Monday I did strength training class post Thanksgiving holiday. It was a lovely 47 degrees outside. Today, it is 37 degrees with wind. It’s Fall and winter is around the corner. I made sure to have on my headlight and three layers. To my surprise I needed two. It wasn’t as cold and windy out as the news had predicted. My baseline goal was 5k. I ran 4 miles. I made to sure to be mindful of my breathe and my pace.
