Light Dusting 4 miler
COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”
We got a light dusting this morning. Because it’s warm where I live, it was light. Other places in the state got more inches. Again this morning the struggle was real. I got out of bed. I actually made a point to run up stairs and run up inclines during the 4 miles. I didn’t want to go overboard because I’m going to a cycling class tonight. The keep is to get my knees, hips, and thighs ready for big sur.
It was warm and quiet out. It was really nice. I had a good stride and movement. I have to remember to trust the process and slowly build up. The few men that I passed running didn’t have on any headlight or reflective gear. It was dark. It doesn’t get light until 7 a.m.
I finished feeling strong and good.
