COVID-19, The Rona Era

Just like that. Bye October, Hello November. New month and new goals. I gave my students alternative assignments because I teach on Monday( Halloween in Salem)- which is a big no. And my classes today, are at 8 and 9 a.m. will the kids actually show up the day after Halloween? I’ve been down this road before. So I thought it was best to put assignments online.

This morning, I woke up in Falmouth, to go for a morning run. It was 60 degrees out and I felt like walking the beach instead of running. This morning I walked 2 miles on the beach and around the Falmouth area. Important thing to note, I kept my body moving this moving. That’s a win right there.

It’s humid, cool, and rainy. Of course I was over dressed but I kept it going.

Good way to start off November.
