Moon and Stalker Geese

Moon and Stalker Geese

COVID-19, “The Rona”

10k a.m. humpday! Which is not going to happen today. Unfortunately I was up late last night and got 5 hours of sleep instead of my baseline 6 hours. The lack of an hour makes a difference. I tried to reclaim my hour but my body is condition to get up around 5. After an on and off snooze, I did lace up and leave the house at 6 a.m.

The start of the run, I was going to run a mile. It was cool, not muggy, nor hot sunny. The later in the morning that I run, the more people are out walking and running. I did my best to avoid them. Somehow I ended up running to the local track, which was pretty empty compared to running on the streets. I know it was not track tuesday but I put in more miles on the track.

At this point I was 3 miles in and I decided that I would run more miles than yesterday(3.34miles). Today I ran 4.41 miles. Less than a 10k more than a 5k. This was my humpday.

While running, this early I saw parts of the moon as she was about the leave the sky and my stalker geese that ate away in the wet grass. Nature, pavement, and sweat to wake me up on a Wednesday
