Sunday 5 mile a.m. walk

COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

The last day of Fall 2020. Today I met two of my “girlgang”, Black Girls Run members at Franklin Park for a 5 mile walk. There was still snow on the ground from the Nor’easter but it was still nice enough to be outside. I met the ladies at 8 a.m. for our social distancing walk. It was good to switch it up and walk a bit. We walked up hills and down them. Other people were out walking too. The time went by fast, as we caught and shared our news and latest happenings with us.

It was good to walk, talk, and move our bodies for five miles.
