Last a.m. Summer runs

The time is coming. It will officially be the end of summer soon. Thou it feels like fall, it’s still summer and I’m holding on to it!! This morning I was covered up in long pants and shirts but damnit, it’s still summer. I had joy when I ran past some sunflowers. They are still holding out.

This was a good shake out run. Plus I had to wear my NC run hat because we have a crew of 18 BGR ladies going to NC to run and celebrate BGR 10th year. It’s going to be a big event. One I wish I could be there. With Ted talk this Sunday, I need to prepare and get my talk right. As I was running and thinking about ted my heart started to race. lol…hot mess.
