Humpday 5miler + 14 degrees

It’s still winter and my ass is tired. This week I decided to mix-up my exercise and do different kinds of strength training. Monday was Strong 30. Tuesday was trackwork and then 7:05pm Cardio-Bootcamp at the Cal-zone. This morning I was suppose to run anywhere between 7-9 miles. I ran 5. It’s 14 degrees and windy AF. As long as I’m moving it doesn’t hurt. I will admit my strive was good, pace as slow.

It was so cold, when I took off my gloves, my hands froze. It’s the kind of weather were all parts need to be covered. My fear is that I don’t want to over train, I don’t want to burn out. With less than 48 days to go, I have to be mindful and careful.

Good 5.14 miles to kick off the morning before I give a mid-term to my class later today.
