Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome aka...runner's knee heal
I have to be a smart runner. December is Physical Therapy, rest, less running, and getting my knee and self stronger. I can’t believe we are 7 days in December and I have not run. I am trying to be smart and strong about the whole thing. Because I want to run like a crack addict. As we know, crack is wack so it will be in my best interest to not run.
I’ve started to to PT and I started going back to the Cal-Zone. Today, I went to Cardio-Bootcamp. I did less of the Cardio but more of the strength training and stretching. Instead of running in gym, I walked. I’m mindful
It was good to get a sweat in and see the ladies I haven’t seen in a while. I’m moving and grooving.
