5k and the city

This weather will make you crazy. Today it’s 38 degrees out and it’s fairly nice weather to run in. I’m still running in the 10 min mile pace, hopefully resting on Friday and then running on Saturday, I’ll be good to go.

Today is the day that all the kids go back to school, myself included. I saw all the buses and the kids waiting on the corner as I was running by.
