Me and the city

It's still summer and yet it feels like fall now. 68 degrees, it's still dark out, and it's cool. I need to take advantage of the cool weather before the layering up of the fall/winter weather comes. I felt a bit bold and ran with a sports bra on for a bit. It was very liberating. I don't know why I haven't done it sooner. It was good to get in the 4.32 miles before a day of long as " sitting on my ass" meetings.
