Running Sculpture

After the 5k race with #girlgang last night, I was super excited to run in the a.m. and greet the sun. Since it's a summer Friday I went for a beach run. To my surprise today started the  International Sand Sculpture Competition on Revere Beach. I run by and witness the "before". Many of the sculptures were not finished yet. I could see the works in progress. Just like running. In the end you'll have something that is great but it may take some time and challenges to get there but you'll get there.

With the sun rising, cool breeze in 73 degree weather and the quiet of the beach, I was a happy runner. I enjoyed my 1.5 Friday a.m. beach miles
