First Winter Run of 2018

The first day of winter brings rain, 48 degrees, and a 2.86 mile a.m. to welcome her. I ran through the Public Garden and Commonwealth Avenue. I wasn’t the only one greeting ms. Winter. There were other runners out there. They continued to run in the rain as the rain started to pour down harder. I on the other hand headed back towards my car. This is suppose to be a rest day anyway. I wanted to start of winter with some miles, quiet, and holiday lights of the season.
