Moon and Feathered Friends
When you plan ona 10k am run for humpday and you end up doing 7 miles. Oops. lol.
This is the last humpday run in Boston before going off to state #29 on Friday. I ran along the Charles River in Cambridge and Boston. I know the geographical landscape I'm about to encounter will not look like this. Typical " Cambridge/Charles River Running", was a hot bed of activity with runners, walkers, bikers, groups of runner and rowers in the river. I know I must have seen over 50 people out before 6:30am. To note, I saw two black men running and2 black women running. What's unique about this space was the amount of Asian/Asian-American runners that hit the pavement.
Today was just a great scenic run day. My body felt more than 6 miles of running. When I stopped and looked at my Map my Run AppI was at 7 miles. In the zone with the moon, feathered friends, and runners
