Smelling the ocean

Last am run in the bean before State #29 which is land locked. I wanted to hear the water hit the rocks, listen to the seagulls, and smell the salt in the air and water one last time. I know it sounds a bit dramatic but I'll be gone for a week. The longest I've been gone for a state. I wanted to enjoy this last day. I love running with the sun coming up and the moon going down. I'm getting the best of both words.

An am surprise was seeinga black men run on Deer Island this morning. Usually, I'll see walkers, walkers with dogs, and people riding a bike. I don't know if he was in training or maybe it's how he runs, he had on a weight vest while running. hmmmm?  To add to the hmmmm, I saw a friend of mine that use to work out with me at the Cal Zone. She literally stopped her car in the middle of the road to talk to me. She blocked traffic and stopped a bus. lol.  That's how I Thursday :)
