Last am Friday run of August
oh say it ain't so. August is pretty much over. When I saw Halloween candy out a week ago and the back to school commercials and "1st day of school" pictures on faceback, it's time. I'm not sure what happen to summer? This am it felt like a fall morning. I put in 5 miles along Nahant Beach Reservation. I was blessed to see the sun start to rise on a Friday morning. Not only did I see the beauty of the early sky but people out walking and running. I haven't seen this much am activity in a while. Plus I saw several people of african descent running and walking this morning.
I know it has to do with the population of the towns of Lynn and Swampscott, but mostly Lynn. :). I am still in Dakota land lock recovery. There is just something about the smell of the ocean in the morning and seeing the water and beyond. Great way to start Friday as the September transition and back to schoolness starts.....
