11 miles of Fireworks
7/4 = 11 miles for am run. I wanted to kick off the 4th with a long run since it has been a while, since my last long run. Plus I wanted to make sure to sweat out all the Bourbon that might still be in my system from this weekend's Family reunion in Kentucky.
Because before had off today, the streets and the beaches were quiet. I know most be go out of town plus it was early but it was still so quiet and hardy any people. Love this time.
I had to laugh because I just left running over the Ohio River to running along bays in the Atlantic Ocean. From riverboats to speed boats from crossing bridges that lead to another state to crossing bridges that take you to a new town. The differences and similarities of running in two cities in the same country. Oh America, what an interesting history you have.
