10k Humpday Beach Day

10k am humpday run I needed to see sand. Not that damn sugar sand from State #28 but good solid firm sand. As I ran along the beach they were setting up for the international sand sculpture competition. I was running past all the works in progress, wondering what they will look like when they are done. Running itself is a work in progress, I am a work in progress. There are so many elements that will shape, support, encourage, or hinder that progression, whatever it may be. This am I was working on my mental and physical progress. :)
