Feeling the Sun

Yay, another running before 6am and its 80 degrees for Tuesday am run. :). I went to Castle Island to run 4.3 miles this morning. Unlike yesterday morning, I was surrounded by women runningearly in the am. Castle Island was active with people running, walking, and fishing. Later on in the morning, I started to see more men out but the women still dominated the island.

The beauty of running along the island was the cool breeze. It felt more like 70 degree weather than 80
