A memorial 10k am
10k humpday Wednesday. Today I was feeling extra energized because I went to the Cal-zone last nights for Weights Class. I hadn't been to the Cal-zone since before state #25. With the end of the semester, Mother's day, and meetings, I haven't been able to go. Now that the semester is over, I have time.
We all go through those moments. Even though I run, I still felt out of shape. My out of shape is not feeling strong. I missed doing weights, toning, zumba, or the other kind of classes that get my body moving and "shock" my muscles. This morning for am, I felt great. A bit sore but still good.
I was surprised to see all the flags by the Chelsea people station this morning. Then I realized that memorial day is this weekend. I thought we had another two weeks. I loved the statues because it looks like a good ethnic representation of the people in the neighborhood. One of the beauties about being an urban runner
