April " Sweat" Showers
Time to get real for #25. I know I need to do strength training and toning. Tuesday Weight class at the Cal-Zone was calling my name. I realized it has been 3 weeks since I've been to the Cal-Zone. A week in Peru and 2 weeks of non-stop advising put a damp on my Cal-Zone loving.
Today I went to weight class and I felt so out of shape until it was not funny. My muscles just laughed at me for what I was making them do. Ugh. I havetwo weeks to get it back in gear and clean out the dust.
