Monday Snowday

Back in the cold, cold New England weather. Georgia it was good while I was there. HA! I rested up on Sunday and hit the pavement on Monday. It was me and the snow trucks again. I made sure to have the headlight on and be extremely mindful where I ran. 3 brisk miles in.

I would have loved to run longer since they canceled school but my body was not ready yet to transition back to the cold.
