..and just like that.........it's February

Snow on the ground and valentine's day displays everywhere on a 29 degree February 1st am morning run. January kicked my butt so I'm not sure what February will bring.

As I ran in the calm of the dark cold with my headlight on my head, drivers still were pissy and still wanted to run me over. Clearly they could see me. Perhaps my mere presence at 6am disturbed their routine.  One man was turning into the grocery store and he saw me but kept going and then had the gull to try to stare me down.  Really,

Another man, in another truck...hmmm pattern of men in trucks made sure to purposely get very close to me as he drove.

My plan of a 10k humpday run ended up being a 5 mile run. I thought running in the busy streets would be good. More cars and traffic to help melt the snow. Better running terrain. Clearly I was mistaken. I made sure to run back in my suburban inner city neighborhood streets.
