All Souls Run

Second on November = All Soul's Day. For this Thursday a.m. I ran a 5k thinking about all the soul's who are with me when I run and look out for me. My mom first and foremost, I carry her soul, spirit, and presence with me when I run. I thought about my grandparents and other family members who backs and strength I run on.
