Saturday 40 degree 5 miler

Another 6am wake up to go run. I loved it. There was light coming in and it is 40 degrees out. I should rest but I want to take advantage of this great weather while it is still here. In theory, I want to get ready for the Texas hot weather. When I looked at the weather for next Sunday, it will be 55 degrees a 7am not 40 with a New England Chill.

This morning I ran around Castle Island. I was maybe 3 runners and 5 walkers while I was on my run. It was just that quiet out. Happy my hands did not freeze and the sun was on my face
