July 21: Keeping it OP( Optimist Prime)

The long Tuesday Morning am run was altered. Because of the four meetings I have today and moving of offices today, I switched up running places. In addition its going to be in 90 today. I wanted to get at least 3 miles in.  There fresh smell of the ocean water today. Seeing a racially diverse group of runners and walkers before 6am is always refreshing.

The population of Lynn and Swampscott are so different...worlds apart This is the place where two different cities merge and come together. Otherwise I really don't people that mixture happens. Today I saw the older white couples, the latino(a) running and walking, african-americans, Muslims women..men walking and running together or just solo. Everyone was greeting each other as they passed by one another

Ideally, this is how it should be allthe time, right.
