Start of November and All Saints

First of November.  Bye October and hello cold, hello thanksgiving and Christmas advertisements and holiday season

I thought I would see all kinds of Halloween left overs and debauchery- toilet papered trees, eggs on cars, costumes in the streets...nothing. Quiet on this day of all saints.

November is going to be a busy month

- 7 more days until election day. Ugh. There is only so much praying I can do at this point.

- Friends birthdays, engagement party, and Hokie football game with my dad.

- Then I have to deal with Thanksgiving, which is always hard since my mom passed. It has gotten better but its not the same.

All of these thoughts packed into 4 miles of running.
