Sunday 4 mile run day
COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”
It’s a lovely cold day. Since I didn’t run on Saturday I thought I should at least get a Sunday run in. One of the places I haven’t run in a while is around the Charles. I woke up around 7a.m. By the time I was around the Esplanade, there were lots of folks running. There were runners everywhere. Hence, why I don’t like to run late. I decided to mix up my route and run part of the Boston 10 k for women towards the Backbay and around the Public Gardens before running back to the Esplanade.
I missed seeing the Ducklings and my stalkers. This part of back bay was very Thanksgiving day festive. I thought the Ducklings would be dressed up in Thanksgiving day attire but I was wrong. I kept on running. I want to make sure to build up running the loop around the Esplanade but I know that will come soon.
4.16 miles, 11:13 mile/pace. I stopped a lot. 46 minutes and 44 seconds. Not bad for a Sunday
