COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

Wind blowing hair...don't care. In my steady groove for Fridays a.m. run. Yesterday, there was crazy snow and rain. Today, it’s clear and windy. Plus today I have a four hour state wide board meeting, so I need to hit up some miles before this meeting. I also need to run off the Verdict from the Derek Chauvin Trail. Guilty on all the counts, talk about an exhaustion of emotions. Had to sweat it all out.
