COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

I still don’t know what happen to November? I can’t even believe that it is the last day of the month. To add more insult to injury, Monday is the last day of the month for November, 2020. I had a November plan of running a long 11 mile run for the 11th month of the year. Did that happen? No. Despite not making my goal, I did keep with the running 4 miles minimum when I run, which is a step up from my 3 mile minimum. We are in a pandemic so I can’t beat myself up. A couple running highlights of the month:

-5k Turkey Trot with my friends and #girlgang

-Finding a new running trail” Ti-Community Greenway

-Running with my wing stalkers

-Seeing some gorgeous morning running views to greet the sun

When I ran this morning, I had a warm beautiful view of the city skyline as I ran 4.20 miles. 43:13, 10:17 miles/min.
