Sea Breeze Thursday

My Wednesday was beyond ape-shit crazy! I didn’t adult adults but I was to ear to hear the backlash of adult bad behavior from my peers. Being up at 3a..m. on humpday to get things done on campus also added to the tired craziness of the day.

After 8 hours of sleep, It great to get my run on! Wanting to mix things up, I went to Deer Island since I haven’t been there in a while to run 4.56 miles.

I loved the cool ocean breeze and the quiet of the morning. Besides my headlight, my run was lit by the city lights, boat lights, and the lights of the plant. This was my time to pause, breathe, and smile.
