It was like Christmas and a Dance Party rolled into 1

Today is the DAY!!! 5k road to wellness. The ladies have been working hard and training all summer for this day. Some woman ran their first race, other hit a PR! The weather was amazing and we came out, showed out, and ran it out in Roxbury! This year because of the B.A.A we had a tent and it was fabulous.

I just love this race and love my #girlgang members. One of our members wanted to make our table pretty and we had a nail station, flowers, and a raffle give- away.

And……………we even had a dance party. I was so happy and excited( this was before the race)! Then I had to run the race. I ran the 5k in 25 minutes. And my friend Liz showed up and got second place and ran it in 20 mins.

I was just overwhelmed and beyond Joy today!!
