August is out of the ballpark

Well August is out of the ballpark. I wanted to end the month with 8.31 miles. 4.16 miles had to do today. This time is the quiet before the storm. All the college kids will be moving in today( this weekend). The streets that I have had to myself are about to get a bit crowded.  What happened to August? Thank God for my daily pictures or I wouldn't remember a damn thing.

I feel now that fall is here. Yesterday it was hotter than shitz. I should have just run in my sports bra. Today I wanted to put on a long sleeve shirt because it was so cool. LOL, hot mess I am.

4 more months and 2018 is over. 3 more states to run before the year is out and it will be time to layer up and get the headlamp going again.......It's been  real August.
