No Excuses Sunday 10 miler

I didn't want to get out of bed but I knew it was  going to get hotter later, so I had to get my ass up. I may bitch a little(  lot) when I walked out and I saw the sun trying to come up and the light reflecting off the clouds, I was happy and I wanted to try to catch the sun.

Fuel for Thought: Time for new shoes. I know I have went off 300 miles in these shoes. I can feel it in my knees and on the pavement. Will have to buy new shoes today

Along the 10 mile route I saw an accident( not a good thing) but the four police cars and ambulance taking care of the situation. Also a gang of geese on the beach, planes flying overhead that I could touch, and men sleeping on the beach. While on the route, I got a lot of cool breezes, which I am always thankful for. Taking in all this( plus taking pictures), I still made it on time for Church.
