Red Eye Run

Monday miles back in bean from Running 13.1 in state #33 on Sunday. From sweaty desert hands and sunblock to frozen hands and a covered layered body. My body is calling me all kinds of bad names right now. 1.64 miles to stretch out the legs and body after a red- eye from Phoenix to Boston. Bye 70 degrees hello 14 degrees and light snow.
