Foggy Saturday

There was a chill and fog in the air today. I couldn't even see the city. Fuel for thought: What lies underneath? I wanted to get am run in before the rain. Plus I had a 8am conference call, so I had to get the miles in. I hate that I didn't make it a long run saturday. Part of the reason was my long union day on Friday then 4 bottles and dinner with one of my friends. So getting up was a bit slower. It was a 5k saturday
