Sunday to just Be

This is an animal/nature themed weekend of racing. Saturday was about the Ducks, today its about the Bees. 

I was getting a 10 mile run in and I saw the Bees. Lots of them. I was able to get close enough without getting stung.

I went on a Bee kick....Bee strong, Bee positive, Bee happy, Bee a runner,  Bee humble, Bee the change agent, and Bee giving.

All things that make sense but are sometimes easier said than done. I was reflecting on the readings and the homily of today about the Power in humility. "Conduct your affairs with humility, and you will be loved more than a giver of gifts. Humble yourself the more, the greater you are, and you will find favor with God." Sirach 3:17-18, 20, 28-29
