Humidity and FLOTUS inspiration

You know its going to be a hot one when your running at 5:30am and you realize you should have started your am run at 4:30am because the humidity (70%)was a bit much . I still managed to put in 5 miles even if it was slower than my normal pace, I still got it in.

While running I passed by the peace fountain and I had to smile. Because I feel extra energized byFLOTUS speech last night. Hell, she should run for president. All thehateful rhetoric that we have been hearing, went away after listening to her.
