Sunday run you are never alone

Another fall like morning in the 60s. It’s good to be alone sometimes but just because your alone does not mean that you are lonely. It’s going to take a while to deal with the heaviness and current inequalities.  Knowing there are others who feel the same way, others who are upset and grieving along with you....Makes it better
