67 degrees and cool breeze throughout run. Great time to process thoughts

68 degrees and cool breeze throughout run. This was what was needed because I had a lot to think about. In the last 48 hours an African American man was killed in Baton Rouge(Alton Sterling) and 24 hours later another African American Man(Philando Castile) was shot in Minnesota.  When is this going to stop.  Why does this continue to be alright.

In addition my thoughts went to having a conversation with a grown ass woman who is suppose to work 40 hours a week but really works 10.  I have to establish for her duties and responsibilities and micro-manage her because she has abused the system for so long. Yet, I am seen as the bad “ person” for making someone accountable to do there job.

This morning I need as much peace as I can get because its never easy.
