After Snow Day

Monday the 12th it was snow and rain, today, Tuesday all the snow is gone and the temp. is in the 30s. I thought it was only fitting to run to the beach. So I did.

In the process of running in the morning, I saw two other women running. This always gets me excited. One was older and we exchanged greetings. The other woman was running so fast, that I tried to keep up with her and I couldn't.  Where are the men, huh?

In less than 24 hours the temperature and the climate change. In less than 24 hours someone's life could change for the better or worse.  Running on this quiet beach to myself, it was so peaceful and pleasant compared to yesterday's snow, wet, and hard rain.
