Peek- a- Boo Sunday

The last Sunday before the election and the first Sunday of the month. And daylight savings time kicked in today. A lot going on for November 6th.

Getting up thismorning for the am run there was some light! It wasn't pitch black and reflective gear was not needed. I didn't leave the house until 6:30am( which would have been 7:30am). I had to wait for the rain to stop before I headed out.

My original plan was to run 10 miles but the late start and not wanting to be late for church pushed me to stop at 8. I'll even factor in the mild headache I had. I know it was from drinking those damn free Smirnoff Ice mango from last night's Karaoke with my Black Girls Run Boston Group. I can't remember the last time I went out on a Saturday night, it was worth the headache and the fun to whoo- whoo it up with these ladies.

Let's just say, I'm am the bootylicious dancing diva. Thanks Beyonce. :). LOL

All and all this morning's am run was calm and peaceful because I don't know what Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will bring but at least today I was able to enjoy the run and have some fun
